  5. Zelle - We do not do zelle anymore because of recent fraud. 

    • Parents who have been continuously paying via zelle are welcome to continue their payments via zelle.​

    • Please refrain from just name. Names can be similar.

Details to mention for disputes -

  1. for all website direct $, all details.

  2. full student name, parent name, invoice/receipt number if applicable or batch number if assigned, and the location required.

  3. ALL custom personal clients, please make sure to inform Ms. Hetal of direct payments as and when placed online. Always confirm with company associates of any details.

  1. For any disputes in billing or payments or cancellations or refunds, always contact Ms. Hetal 972 979 2559 and do as directed. For all details, always mention details to mention(as above) for any disputes as well.

  2. Always refer to parents, students, performance handbook that is standard for all programs.

  3. All custom requests or programs, please refer to your invoices and receipts & all the communications of terms & policies.

  4. We kindly ask that all individuals treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times.

    Our team is here to assist with any issues that may arise; however, they are not to be treated as personal attendants or subjected to mistreatment.

    1. Repeatedly disturbing, disrespecting, or harassing staff members—especially after being asked multiple times to exercise patience —constitutes harassment and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  5. Please note that the review process typically takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Following the review, payment processing may require an additional 2 to 3 weeks, as Ms. Hetal is solely responsible for managing and completing these tasks.

  6. ​Kindly refrain from blocking any staff members during ongoing communications via email or in any written mode related to a dispute. All parties must remain accessible until the matter is fully resolved, unless otherwise directed by legal authorities. Do not ghost when asked.
  7. Emails are always the best way to communicate as it ensures steady followup. Emails and written communications ensure traceability on both ways. Stop attacking in sms/emails, non stop and on social media and keep one mode for easy followup .

  8. We are not a money transfer service;refrain from any use of money transfer request in lieu of any card payment. All transactions are for business services and products only.

  9. Try to communicate to only 1 person who attends you and stayput with that to ensure traceability unless Ms. Hetal steps in.

  10. We are based in the DFW area for more than 20 years and have a consistent track record of resolving disputes efficiently and professionally. You are not the only party who has experienced a dispute;such situations are a part of life and are addressed accordingly!

    1. Delays do happen and at times, it is out of our control. Some do take months!

    2. Some examples of delays are - bank fraud via online systems that jams the entire banking system, legal issues that might trigger the online systems to stall, online issues as we use secure gateway, technical issues because of deliberate fraud(which we experienced in 2021-2022 that caused a huge catastrophic mess until 2025).

    3. Company has had all of them back to back. 

  11. Do not approach any family member of Ms. Hetal for anything or staff other than assigned to you.

    1. It is common sense & professional not to!

    2. Ms. Hetal is on her own w/own staff.

  12. Payments are not activated on any of our systems, until the schedules, instructors or programs/activities are announced.
